Lynsey Rae Ann Brobston, 32, of Saint Paul, Iowa, was arrested near Saint Paul at 1:20 a.m. Wednesday and charged with possession of a controlled substance (subsequent offense), possessing of drug paraphernalia, interference with official acts, speeding, and eluding law enforcement at speeds 25 mph over the limit. She was also served a warrant charging her with violating parole. Brobston was taken to the Lee County Jail.
