Disc golf league results
HAMILTON, Ill. - A six-week disc golf league recently wrapped up at Gordon's Grove. Two rounds of nine holes were played each Monday with the final round held July 25.
The league ended with a cookout. Trophies were awarded to winners and a new disc was given to each of the 33 players present of the 46 registered.
League results are listed below.
Youth Winners
9-and-under
1. Jed Schlicher, 2. Parker Gibb.
10-12
1. Caleb Riley, 2. Ben Brower, 3. Mac Schlicher.
13-17
1. Matt Riley, 2. Josh Riley, 3. Jeff Mann.
Adult Winners
1. Advanced
1. Aaron St. Clair, 2. Brock Nickel, 3. Alan Wagoner.
Novice
1. Steve Riley, 2. Brent Dobbins, 3. Isaiah Hartweg.
A fall league is being planned at Wildcat Springs Disc Golf Course. A PDGA sanction tournament also will be held Saturday, Sept. 24, at the Wildcat Springs course.
