Titans third at triangular
QUINCY, Ill. - The West Hancock girls golf team opened the season with a third-place finish against Quincy Notre Dame and Quincy High School at Westview Golf Course Tuesday.
Quincy Notre Dame won the triangular with a 163. Bethany Peters and Rachel Powers shared medalist honors by shooting 39s.
Quincy High was second with a 199. Amanda Burke led the Blue Devils with a 47.
West Hancock shot a 212. Emily Mast led the Titans with a 47. Emma VanArsdale added a 52. Tina Gee carded a 55. Andrea Mast fired a 58, and Lauren Dorethy finished with a 66.
West Hancock hosts Rushville Monday at Deer Run Golf Course.
