Keokuk Art Center offers new Christmas ornament

Tom Seabold, executive director of the Keokuk Art Center, announces the release of the Art Center's 2008 Christmas ornament.
The theme for this year's ornament is the Keokuk Public Library and the Keokuk Art Center, celebrating the cooperation of the two organizations.
The Art Center moved into the library building in 2006 as a result of the establishment of the Community Cultural Partnership.
The ornament costs $12 and will be available at Keasling's Pharmacy and Gifts, Willow Tree, the Keokuk Area Hospital Gift Shop, Courtyard Books, Artworks, the Library and the Art Center.
This is the 19th ornament created for the Art Center and is the fourth in the series of designs laser-etched on alder wood.
Ornaments also will be available at the 19th annual Festival of Trees Saturday, Nov. 22.
