Indians to play at Mehlville High School

KAHOKA, Mo. - The Clark County Indians will travel to St. Louis to play the Maplewood-Richmond Heights Blue Devils in the Class 2 football semifinals Saturday. The game will be held at Mehlville High School.

The Blue Devils are 13-0 and finished as the top-ranked team in Class 2. Maplewood-Richmond Heights defeated Brentwood 26-0, Principia 36-12 and Caruthersville 44-0 in the first three rounds of the state playoffs.

Clark County, also 13-0, scored playoff wins over South Shelby, 27-7; Brookfield, 32-6; and Blair Oaks 19-18.

Game time is 1:30 p.m. Admission is $6 for all spectators kindergarten through adult. No passes will be accepted.

Driving directions can be found on the Clark County Web site at clarkcounty.k12.mo.us. Fans also can pick up printed driving directions at the elementary, middle school and high school offices.

A pep rally will be held at the high school gym at 10:45 a.m Friday. The pep assembly is open to the community. The football team will leave the high school at 12:30 p.m. Friday.
