Republicans to hold fundraiser

FORT MADISON –– The Lee County Republican Party will hold its annual fundraiser at 6 p.m. Saturday, July 18, at McAleer Hall, 415 11th St., Fort Madison.
The fundraiser will feature an old-fashioned pulled pork dinner with all the fixings, state and county guest speakers, a silent auction and raffle drawing and entertainment by The New Dawn, a 1950s and 1960s rock n’ roll band.
