Arrests
Bonnie Sue Land, 49, of Keokuk, was arrested at 6:56 a.m. Thursday, in the 1700 block of Timea Street, charged with two counts of unauthorized use of a credit card and domestic assault with bodily injury. She was taken to the Lee County Jail.
Alexis Marie Bray, 20, of Keokuk, was arrested at 1:31 p.m. Thursday in the 1000 block of High Street, charged with possession of methamphetamine. She also had an active warrant charging her with fifth degree theft and three warrants charging her with failure to appear in court. She was taken to the Lee County Jail.

A 13-year-old male was charged at 9:06 a.m. Thursday in the 2000 block of Orleans Avenue with minor use of tobacco or a vapor product.
