Our small town of Keokuk has a true gem in its hands with the talent of local Nalani Proctor. She is a gal that is multi-talented in music, she is as humble as they come, she’s sweet, she’s honest and unassuming in both real life and in her music.... and she gets nervous every single time she performs, which makes her very humanly relatable.
Proctor grew up the daughter of both a mother and a father that are music teachers.
